Becoming a mother, caring for a loved one, being diagnosed with a major illness, relationship or career changes are major life transitions. These can easily shock and overwhelm your system. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is here to help you through’s life’s bumps and transitions. I take a holistic approach in my work with adults, young and old, to move them forward. I specialize in treating a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, women’s issues, postpartum, aging, caregiving, burnout, identity and life transitions. I worked in a healthcare setting for years, including in a hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic, and this background greatly informs my practice, both empathically and in terms of knowledge.
